All mobile repairs are covered by our device replacement guarantee. In the event your device is damaged upon our repair services, you will receive a new device We recommend a full backup of your device before any repairs are made; as we are not liable for any loss of information if device must be replaced. If damages are beyond our repair, we are subject to decline services. We are not responsible for damages not instated by TechDesk personnel. You must fill out a release form stating you have read, understand and agree to these terms & conditions before repairs are made.
